Kyle Tognan

Kyle Tognan, Esq., joined the Firm in 2025 and has been an integral part of the team ever since. Mr. Tognan represents a wide range of clients in a variety of matters, including business disputes, physician services, debtor/creditor matters, real estate litigation and transactions, and contract
drafting and review. He is an advocate on behalf of both large and small businesses and has guided corporate clients through numerous litigations and transactions.

Since joining the Firm, Mr. Tognan has provided our clients with zealous representation. Experienced at both pursuing and defending claims on behalf of businesses and physicians, he has represented clients in matters involving insurance disputes, adverse possession, medical staff privileging and bylaws, and employment contracting.

Mr. Tognan graduated from the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2014. While attending law school, he worked with the American Civil Liberties Union of Pennsylvania, where he assisted with the landmark Whitewood v. Wolf case, wherein same-sex marriage was legalized in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In 2019, Mr. Tognan was named one of SJMAG’s Top Business Attorneys of the Year. Mr. Tognan is a member of both the New Jersey Bar and Pennsylvania Bar.

In 2023, Mr. Tognan was selected to New Jersey Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers, a peer-nominated review service.
