The body of law that applies to the activities of a public entity is unique, and it takes an experienced law firm to navigate the myriad requirements applicable to a public body. From complying with the Open Public Records Act (OPRA) and the Open Public Meetings Act (OPMA) to the strict requirements imposed upon public bodies when it comes to purchasing, bidding and contracting, sound legal experience matters. Our experienced practice of Byrnes, O’Hern & Heugle allows it to provide sound, competent advice to public entities and the elected officials charged with carrying out the fiduciary responsibilities.
