Byrnes Named Monmouth County SPCA President

At the annual meeting of the Monmouth County SPCA on June [Blank], 2019, Sean Byrnes was re-appointed as the President. As President, he oversees the activities of the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Trustees. The Monmouth County SPCA has been active recently in investigating and stopping animal hoarding cases in Monmouth County and elsewhere in New Jersey.
