About Donna M. Alkin
Ms. Alkin has practiced law in New Jersey and New York for more than twenty-three (23) years. Ms. Alkin focuses her practice primarily in the area of Civil Litigation with an emphasis in commercial, banking, insurance, real estate, foreclosure, landlord/tenant, premises liability, and estate and probate law. Ms. Alkin has extensive experience representing clients in commercial and corporate disputes involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties and lender liability claims, as well as in multi-million dollar foreclosure actions.
Ms. Alkin also served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Dickinson R. Debevoise, of the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, and participated in the Seton Hall Law School Center for Social Justice Pro Bono Service Program. While at Seton Hall Law School, Ms. Alkin served as an editor of the Constitutional Law Journal and member of the Appellate Moot Court Board.
